What kind of air conditioner service do you prefer?

Economical option (service once a year)

Once a year, our specialists carry out a complete cleaning and diagnostics of the air conditioner. The air conditioner is tested in all operating modes. A number of parameters are measured, on which the durability of the air conditioner and the safety of its operation for others depend. The freon pressure in the system, the temperature difference at the inlet and outlet of the evaporator, the leakage of the «phase» to the body, etc. are checked. Based on the results of the check, an inspection report is drawn up. If the pressure in the freon system is slightly different from the norm, which may be caused by an allowable leakage of freon of 30-50 grams per year, then the air conditioner is refueled with freon free of charge. If more serious malfunctions are identified, then a separate estimate is drawn up, which includes all the components and work necessary to repair the air conditioner. In this case, the repair of the air conditioner is carried out at the expense of the Customer. If a malfunction is detected during the operation of the equipment by the Customer, the specialists of our company carry out diagnostics of the air conditioner free of charge. Note that this option provides for periodic cleaning of the filters of the indoor unit by the Customer in accordance with the instruction manual.

Seasonal option (service 2 times a year)

It includes an Economy option with additional general air conditioner maintenance in mid-fall. This option is recommended for those who use the air conditioner for at least 6-7 months a year.

Basic option (service from 4 to 12 times a year)

It includes an Economy option with additional periodic cleaning of the indoor unit filters and general diagnostics of the air conditioner. In this case, all the preventive work necessary for the normal functioning of the air conditioner is carried out by our specialists. Under this option, it is recommended to service air conditioners operating all year round.

List of works to be performed when servicing the air conditioner

• Air conditioner diagnostics (if necessary — full diagnostics with disassembly and inspection of air conditioner units).
• Compressor diagnostics.
• Checking the state of the track.
• Checking safety devices.
• Checking the condition of the all-season unit (if any).
• Cleaning the air filters.
• Flush the evaporator radiator (if necessary).
• Cleaning the radiator of the outdoor unit with compressed air or a mini-wash (if necessary).
• Refueling with refrigerant within the permissible leakage of 30-50 g per year (if necessary).
• Elimination of minor malfunctions that do not require disassembly of equipment and replacement of parts (free of charge for work costs up to 10 euros).
• Extraordinary check-out and diagnostics in case of problems with the air conditioner.
• Repair of a diagnosed malfunction (repair cost — as agreed with the Customer).

List of works to be performed when servicing the fan coil unit (indoor unit).

• Cleaning the filters.
• Checking the fan operation.
• Visual inspection of the refrigeration supply connections for possible leaks.
• Cleaning the radiator.
• Diagnostics of the control panel operation.
• Flushing the drainage system.
• Cleaning the supply grilles.
